14Year Old Arrested For Alleged Plan To Harm Classmates In San Ramon High School

SAN RAMON (KGO) - The police of San Ramon arrested a 14year old kid, of California High school after being evident that he had a plan to harm his classmates, The investigation was initialized after another school student complained to the administrators on his friends alleged plans. Being informed by a fellow student administrators immediately called on police for the necessary action to be taken.

The investigation found that has a credible report of evidence of crime said Lt. Cary Goldberg.

The alleged boy was arrested and sent to juvenile hall after the report was enclosed to parents stated by principal that student had a plan to threat and hurt his fellow students in 20121, his senior year Lt.Goldberg aid that his parents are supporting to coordinate with the ongoing investigation. Finally on Monday ,The office of District Attorney will make a decision on what charges to be filed against the boy to take necessary action.

Parents of the alleged student also said that they were grateful to the fellow student who came forward and reported what ever he knew about it. In spite of the investigation the police of San ramson and principal repeatedly echoed requesting the community to always “See Something, Say something”.

Here is the letter quoted by principal to parents

“Dear California High School Parents,

This morning, a California High School student reported to school administration that a 9th grade freshman had a plan to do harm to students at California High School in the year 2021. School administration immediately contacted San Ramon Police who began the investigation.

Through their investigation, police verified that the student in question does in fact have a plan to do harm to students in the year 2021, his senior year. The student has been arrested and booked into juvenile hall. The District considers this offense to be extremely serious and will take appropriate disciplinary consequences as per California Education Code.

I want to commend our student for doing the right thing and reporting the information to an adult. Please help us message to our students and community that "if you see something, or know something, say something." The safety of our students, staff and parent community is our highest priority, and we take all threats seriously.
