San Francisco man found fatally shot, reportedly playing Pokemon Go

A 20-year-old was shot to death in San Francisco, while reportedly playing Pokemon Go, police said.

According to the police, the man identified as the Calvin Riley. He was shot in the chest just before 10 p.m. at Aquatic Park near Ghirardelli Square. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Family friend John Kirby said that, they were devastated. "Calvin got a few steps ahead of his buddy." "He went around the corner, and his buddy heard gunshots. It seems to be a random act of violence for no reason," Kirby said.

Lynn Cullivan of the National Park Service, said that, "U.S. park police are on alert." "They will be paying close attention to this area. They do patrol it regularly, like we say, this was an unusual occurrence, and we will do everything we can to make sure it doesn’t happen again."

"He always had positive things to say about everyone. Amazing work ethic, great baseball player and represented Serra High School very well," Kirby said.
