Super talented actress Anushka is one of the finest actresses of Telugu cinema. She has been the first consideration for women centric films and movies like Arundathi, Rudhramadevi impressed the audience big time. Anushka has a perfect screen presence and she has been occupied with many interesting movies. Her recent outings Size Zero, Baahubali (both the instalments) ended up as impressive films and the actress gained huge weight due to various reasons. She signed a women centric film titled Bhagmati in the direction of G Ashok who earlier directed Nani’s Pilla Jamindar.

Bhagmati has been under shoot from the past one year and it has been delayed as Anushka gained huge weight. Her other commitments too made her occupied and Bhagmati has been kept on hold. The movie’s shoot has been finally wrapped up. Jayaram, Unni Mukundam and Aadhi Pinisetty played other interesting roles in this thriller which has been made on a budget of Rs 19 crores. The post-production work of Bhagmati is in process and it will be wrapped up by the end of September.

Bhagmati has been aimed for December release as the makers wanted a comfortable release for the film. With October and November filled with many interesting movies, Bhagmati has been aimed for December release.
