What you can rent for 1,500 in San Francisco

San Francisco is one of the most costliest cities in the United States and renting a house is too expensive when compared to other metro cities, especially if you are not earning a big time.

So,  what you can rent for $1,500 in San Francisco.

1. Emperor Norton Inn

It is a one room flat with a kitchen, it is an SRO, located at a few blocks east of Union Square. The room is colorful and the Bathroom is shared with the floor.

2. Cow Hollow

Cow Hollow offers a similar room with the exact rent of $1,500 per month, this is zoned as an actual apartment rather than SRO. It is a bit more spacey, it has a own bathroom. It is called “vintage building” and pets are not allowed.

3. Sunset Apartment

It is an attic apartment with two bedrooms and one bathroom and kitchen. It is located on 22nd  Venue. The attic is not designated for the color, but there is really a snug space at the top of the building.

It is located so outside that walking a few block south would lead you to Daly City. This is two bedroom flat with bathroom and no pets allowed. The rent comes down to a little to $1,430 per month. This little place one of the lowest-lying frontier in San Francisco.

5. Tenderloin

It is located at Ellis and Jones for just $1,350 per month. No pets allowed. The rent is a third of the market price and it is the least expensive in our list and in San Francisco.
