Directed by Atanu Ghosh and Produced by Friends Communication, 'Mayurakshi' has a father and son at the center starring Soumitra Chatterjee and Prosenjit Chatterjee in the lead roles. The cast also includes Indrani Haldar and Gargee Roy Chowdhury. Aryanil (Prosenjit Chatterjee), a middle-aged man who is going through an unsettling phase in his personal life, comes to visit his 84-year-old father, Sushovan (Soumitra Chatterjee) from the US. During his visit, several long-lost chapters get reopened.
